We roughen or clean the surface of the customers metal with a strong jet of sand which is driven by compressed air. Our aim is to effectively remove rust, dirt or other chemicals which may be harmful to powder-coat adhesion. It may be that you would  like scratches in the metal’s surface removed, or oxidation from materials quickly removed to preserve your part. Our team can sandblast and prep your metal so as to make the most out of your product. Much of our sandblasting is part of preparing our customers uniform parts for other processes in the manufacturing assembly.
